Responsibilities:
- Conduct research for regulatory and compliance in various countries, HS Code, data base collection.
- Responsible for consolidating, interpreting, and managing regulatory and compliance requirements across different countries. This includes critical aspects such as labelling requirements, permitted/restricted ingredients, product declarations, and import/export regulations for destination markets.
- This role will consolidate and manage regulatory intelligence, develop a centralized database (including HS Code Classification, regulatory and compliance requirement in each country) and act as the key liason with regulatory authorities such as BPOM, BPJH, LPPOM and authorities of equivalent in export destination country
- Scope includes product registration, Halal/Kosher certification, and regulatory guidance to support compliant product development and commercialization.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in the related job field.
- Min. 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
