Full-Time - Monday- Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
PCMH has an excellent opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team at the Louisiana Medical Clinic. The Medical Receptionist is expected to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk of our Louisiana clinic entrance and is responsible for the first impression we make on all patients and visitors.
Job Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner, ensuring
Assist patients with paperwork
Verify patient demographics and insurance benefits
Answer phone calls professionally and screen calls using provided guidelines
Assist provider in emergent situations
Maintain a clean office environment
Skills and Qualifications:
1+ years of proven experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or relevant position
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
