Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an Executive, Human Resources to support the full spectrum of HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR service delivery across onboarding, payroll administration, employee data management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR governance while supporting a positive employee experience.
What are we expecting from this role?
Employee Lifecycle & Offboarding
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate new joiner induction and orientation programs.
Monitor probation confirmations and employee lifecycle changes.
Manage end-to-end offboarding processes, including exit clearance, final settlements, and documentation.
HRIS & Data Operations
Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Process employee data updates including hires, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Perform monthly HR data reconciliation and support payroll data submission to external payroll providers.
Payroll, Benefits & Statutory Compliance
Support monthly payroll administration in partnership with Finance and external vendors.
Administer Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social Security Organization (SSO/NSSF), and employee insurance enrollments and claims.
Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement & Communication
Prepare internal communications, newsletters, holiday announcements, and employee notices.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, town halls, and company events.
Manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination.
Expatriate & Government Relations
Liaise with relevant government authorities on expatriate administration matters.
Coordinate visa applications, work permits, foreign labor quotas, and related compliance requirements.
Reporting, Health & Safety
Prepare monthly HR reports and headcount dashboards.
Coordinate annual employee health check-up activities.
Support internal and external HR audits and compliance reviews.
Contribute to Health, Safety & Wellbeing initiatives across the organization.
General HR Support
Provide administrative support for HR activities and projects.
Manage vendor relationships and payment requests through Coupa.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
Who is the right fit for this role?
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Human Resources Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
Good understanding of payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, and labor law compliance.
Experience working with HRIS systems and HR data management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with expatriate administration and government agencies will be an advantage.
