About the role

As Junior Brand Manager Multicentrum & Digestive you will support the Italian VMS marketing team to develop and implement several activations and ensure our growth over the next years.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunities to improve your marketing skills through different activities:

• Track performance (market, competition, brands, consumers), monitor and analyze sell-out data, and focus on learning to recommend strategies and actions based on data
• Manage and support the team on media and communications and be point of contact for others involved departments (Regulatory, Medical, Legal)
• Actively work on channel specific activations (focus on DComm channel and future opportunities)
• Support the team on 3-years marketing plan and activities implementation
• Monitor and be in charge of A&P (Advertising&Promotion spending)
• Work in cooperation with Trade marketing, Finance and Sales teams on promotional activations

Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in Business or related
• At least 6 months of experience in Marketing department
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Passion for Brand Management and Healthcare
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Passion for data analytics
• Ability to manage complexity with multiple projects
• Proactive, positive and able to create collaborative relationships

   

    

EUR 32.126,00 - EUR 44.173,80 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
