Description
- Welcome and check in clients and visitors, maintaining a warm and respectful environment.
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, addressing inquiries and directing calls.
- Schedule appointments and provide reminders, coordinating with clinical staff as needed.
- Assist clients with intake paperwork and initial steps, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, managing files and records efficiently.
- Support the program team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth client flow.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role, ideally in healthcare or social services.
- Understanding of substance use disorder and mental health services (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
