Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with an Online Gaming Platform in their search for an HR & Admin Manager (Mandarin Speaking) based in Taguig.
Salary Range: up to ₱90,000
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Day Shift
Location: Taguig City
The role
As an HR & Admin Manager you will be expected to lead HR, administration, compliance, procurement, and facilities operations to support efficient business performance. The role requires fluency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees, partners, and stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, office management, facilities, and workplace improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, business permits, licenses, and internal policies.
- Handle procurement, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance.
- Supervise building maintenance, renovations, workplace safety, and property-related matters.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of HR and administration experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and procurement.
- Experience managing office renovation or expansion projects is an advantage.
