Seeking to expand and invest in a High Net Worth (HNW) division. As an HNW Producer, you will play a pivotal role in targeting and serving true HNW clients, offering tailored insurance solutions to meet their unique needs. This position is ideal for individuals with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients while driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to target and acquire true HNW clients, with a focus on private client business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with average revenue ranging from $1,000 to $10,000+.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active CPRIA and P&C licenses are required.
• Proven experience in private client services, with a strong understanding of the needs of HNW individuals and families.
• Familiarity with family office environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Open to remote work for highly qualified candidates, with a preference for hybrid arrangements in proximity to one of our offices.
