We will count on you:
• Execute sourcing activities including supplier identification, RFQs, and bid evaluations.
• Support negotiations and prepare contract documentation and change requests.
• Monitor supplier delivery, maintain supplier records, and escalate performance issues.
• Maintain and update sourcing trackers, contracts repository, and supplier scorecards.
• Coordinate with Procurement Services, Legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.
• Assist in capacity planning, supplier due diligence, and onboarding activities.
What you need to have:
• 3–6 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement operations, or supplier management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficient English (C1/C2), only CV's in English will be considered.
What makes you stand out?
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, supplier portals, or procurement platforms.
• Strong supplier relationship management and contract administration experience.
• Experience creating supplier scorecards, SLAs, and performance reporting.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities and delivering to tight timelines.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement approaches and basic project management.
• Insurance industry experience or exposure to professional services preferred.
