LEGENDS GLOBAL SALES

A true partnership on every level. That’s what Legends forges with each and every team, stadium, athletic director, and owner we serve to strengthen sales and partnership results as a team effort. As an extension of your team, our sales experts work diligently with your management and staff to create solutions and programs that are always fully custom to your needs and goals. Look to us to delve deep to understand your values, your market and your target audience – help you solve problems and ultimately deliver the right game plan to drive your organization forward.

THE ROLE

As the Associate, Donor Engagement, you will be part of a small but mighty marketing team working to connect donors with causes they care about. Day to day, help design and run fundraising campaigns across email, phone, social, and digital channels — writing content that tells real stories and makes donors feel genuinely appreciated. You'll supervise a team of student marketers, keep an eye on campaign performance, and help figure out what's working so we can keep getting better. You'll report to the Engagement Center Manager and work alongside colleagues across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and run digital fundraising campaigns through email, social, phone, and web — with the goal of reaching more donors and growing giving. Produce and coordinate content deliverables (articles, scripts, graphics, and video edits) through a student marketing team.
  • Supervise your student marketing team as they produce articles, scripts, graphics, and short-form video content. Analyze and audit the web experience to enhance the constituent journey and optimize fundraising revenue through assessing site designs, click paths, buy-flow and more.
  • Track campaign performance — open rates, click-throughs, video views, web traffic, and more — and share what you're learning with the team.
  • Write and shape messaging for different donor audiences, making sure everything we publish is consistent, on-brand, and easy to find online.
  • Help Student Engagement Specialists set up and maintain outreach sequences in VanillaSoft — including managing audience segments, updating call scripts and templates, and keeping result codes current.
  • Manage the content review and approval process, including sending test drafts and coordinating feedback before launch.
  • Keep Student Engagement Specialists equipped with what they need — fund talking points, donor impact stories, and up-to-date campaign stats.
  • Support the Engagement Center Manager with day-to-day operations as needed.
