Our Newest Opportunity:

Summary:

This role is responsible for the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the standard operating model for OneDigital’s Retirement Solutions business. This role translates platform strategy and standards into actionable workflows, documentation, and governance practices—creating consistency across field advisors, operations teams, and external partners. Working in close partnership with the Director, Retirement Platform Enablement, this role owns the day-to-day delivery of operational standards, drives platform adoption, and serves as a key cross-functional resource for scalable, advisor-centered solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):

Operating Model Execution & Standards Maintenance

• Maintains and executes the Retirement Solutions operating model, including service delivery workflows, role hand-offs, SLAs, and escalation paths across the end-to-end lifecycle (prospect → onboard → service → transition/termination).

• Owns the library of retirement standards, including required client deliverables, templates, checklists, naming conventions, and process controls.

• Maintains RACI-ready process documentation and minimum standard requirements by segment, ensuring materials are current, version-controlled, and accessible.

• Supports governance mechanisms to review, approve, and retire outdated processes and materials in partnership with the Director.

• Leads recurring cross-functional forums to surface friction points, prioritize standards updates, and enforce consistency across teams.

Platform & Systems Support

• Partners with the Director and Product Owner team to translate operating standards into actionable platform requirements, including Salesforce workflow controls, required fields/stages, and intake gates.

• Supports Salesforce enhancement initiatives across Retirement Plan Solutions, ensuring tools and workflows align with business needs and field functionality.

• Provides operational support for third-party tools such as Fi360, driving adoption and maximizing value across applicable teams.

• Assists in defining solution criteria, managing testing processes, and supporting deployment of new systems, features, and workflows in collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Monitors KPIs and platform usage data to assess initiative success, identify trends, and flag areas for improvement.

Documentation & Knowledge Resources

• Develops and maintains internal documentation, SOPs, job aids, playbooks, and communications that support platform usage, training, and best practice adherence.

• Creates knowledge articles spanning solution overviews, go-to-market guidance, and step-by-step how-to content for field and operations teams.

• Ensures documentation reflects current best practices and supports consistency, scalability, and compliance across the division.

Vendor & Recordkeeper Coordination

• Coordinates with recordkeepers and vendors to ensure operational standards are reflected in partner ways of working, including implementation inputs, hand-offs, service issue routines, and integration dependencies.

• Partners with vendor management stakeholders to reduce escalation volume and improve consistency of service delivery.

• Supports the Director in defining and enforcing operational expectations for external partners.

Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Identifies and quantifies recurring operational breakdowns—exceptions, escalations, rework loops—and drives remediation through standards and process redesign.

• Establishes and maintains feedback loops with field and operations leaders to validate what is working and what needs revision.

• Collaborates with internal teams across Product, Compliance, Operations, Data/BI, and Workplace Solutions to advocate for scalable, advisor-centered solutions.

• Partners with the Data team to define operational KPIs and exception categories that inform dashboard reporting and performance tracking.

• Contributes to after-action reviews and process improvements related to advisor transitions, platform changes, and operational projects.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $100,000 to $110,000 per year

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
