Position Overview

The Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthen the company's digital presence. This role will lead day-to-day marketing activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee campaign execution, mentor junior team members, and support the organization's overall marketing strategy while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop high-quality marketing content and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and present actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Oversee website content updates and ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Lead the execution of marketing events, webinars, promotional campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Guide, mentor, and support junior marketing team members while ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Work closely with senior leadership to achieve departmental goals and improve overall marketing performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in marketing, with prior experience leading or mentoring a marketing team.
• Experience in international marketing or working with global clients will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
