Responsibilities

• Perform quality collision repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards.
• Complete paint preparation, cut in parts, and part preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Collaborate with the collision center team to ensure timely vehicle repairs.
• Stay current with ongoing training and advancements in collision repair technology.
• Deliver outstanding workmanship and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of collision repair experience preferred.
• Experience with paint preparation, cut in work, and part preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
