Are you an experienced product leader with deep asset management expertise and a passion for investment technology? As Product Lead Asset Management, you will shape the future of our Asset Management capabilities within the Investments domain. You will combine strategic vision, product leadership and industry knowledge to deliver scalable, globally reusable solutions that help Investment Offices and Portfolio Managers work more effectively and efficiently.

You will work in a collaborative international Investments environment, bringing together business, technology, operations, risk and regulatory expertise. You will partner closely with Investment Offices, Portfolio Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Risk, Compliance and external vendors to build future proof asset management capabilities. The team values ownership, continuous improvement, strong execution and solutions that create measurable business impact across markets.
Roles and responsibilities
As Product Lead Asset Management, you define the strategy, roadmap and delivery of Asset Management capabilities and the platforms that support them.
- Define and communicate the long term vision and strategy for Asset Management capabilities within the Investments domain.
- Own product roadmaps, investment priorities and measurable business outcomes.
- Drive the transformation towards scalable, modular and Straight Through Processing investment platforms.
- Improve portfolio management capabilities, including model portfolio management, rebalancing, investment mandates, reporting and investment lifecycle management.
- Optimize investment workflows and strengthen integration across front, middle and back office functions.
- Act as business owner for strategic asset management platforms, with a strong focus on BlackRock Aladdin.
- Lead platform enhancements, integrations and automation initiatives that improve efficiency and support growth.
- Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams and external vendors.
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical product and process improvements.
- Strengthen risk management, governance and operational resilience across the Asset Management platform landscape.

- Extensive experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Management or a comparable financial services environment, enabling you to drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Deep expertise in portfolio management processes, asset management operating models and investment lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in product management, platform ownership or large scale transformation in complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of how Investment Offices and Portfolio Managers operate and how technology can improve their effectiveness.
- Experience with enterprise asset management platforms, preferably BlackRock Aladdin.
- Ability to translate business strategy into clear, executable product roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience leading cross functional teams in an international and multi stakeholder environment.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, governance and risk management within asset management.
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. CFA, CAIA, FRM or a comparable qualification is considered a strong advantage.
