As our Global Account Sourcing Manager, you'll own the sourcing and procurement strategy for a portfolio of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) accounts, leading a dedicated team and negotiating outcomes that genuinely move the needle. You'll work closely with account directors, facilities teams, and suppliers to turn complex workplace requirements into measurable savings and stronger client relationships. This role is for someone who thrives on ownership — from setting strategy through to reporting results at the highest level. What You'll Do

• Set and own the sourcing and procurement strategy for your EMEA client accounts, aligned to their specific Work Place Management (WPM) and IFM needs.
• Lead and develop the sourcing and procurement (S&P) team supporting your accounts, keeping performance at the highest standard.
• Represent JLL S&P in client and account meetings, ensuring the right materials, insights, and messaging land every time.
• Lead negotiations and deliver savings targets across your account portfolio.
• Own S&P reporting end to end, from monthly updates to QBRs, covering savings, risks, project status, and supplier performance.
• Drive strategic procurement activity across the full lifecycle: RFPs, bid analysis, contract governance, risk, and compliance.
• Manage relationships and performance with preferred suppliers and frameworks, working with the Category Management team where needed.
• Build and maintain your account's ESG strategy, working alongside JLL's S&P ESG lead.

What We're Looking For

• Deep expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement, ideally within Integrated Facilities Management or workplace services.
• A natural leader who gets the best out of a team and enjoys developing people.
• Confidence building relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders at every level.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of turning discussions into real savings.
• Comfortable with financial analysis and reporting, and skilled at telling a clear story with data.
• A structured, organized approach to project and contract management.
• Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Jaggaer, or a willingness to get up to speed quickly.
