Drilling Material Coordinator (Offshore)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate offshore material logistics activities, including material manifests, bunkering requirements, backload operations, and equipment movements.
• Liaise with offshore teams, shore base logistics, marine, helicopter, and materials coordinators to ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flow.
• Maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and reconciliation of material movements, inventory records, and offshore stock levels.
• Manage Dangerous Goods handling, cargo documentation, and ensure compliance with HSE requirements and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate material receiving, returns, and verification processes to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Support offshore lifting, cargo handling activities, and maintain proper records for audit and reporting purposes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas industry experience, with at least 3 years in a Drilling Material Coordinator role.
• Valid OPITO BOSIET certification.
• Good command of English communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across offshore and onshore teams.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar computer applications for reporting and documentation purposes.
