Leiter der THT- und Selektiv-Abteilung (m/w/d)

Ziel der Stelle:

Sicherstellung einer effizienten, qualitätsgerechten und wirtschaftlichen Fertigung im Bereich der THT (Through-Hole Technology) und der selektiven Lötung. Verantwortung für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden, die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Produktivitätszielen sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse.

Hauptaufgaben

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des THT-Teams.
• Planung und Steuerung der Personalressourcen inklusive Schicht- und Urlaubsplanung.
• Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Fertigung im THT- und Selektivlötbereich.
• Überwachung relevanter Produktionskennzahlen (KPIs) und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung.
• Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften.
• Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen, Unterstützung von Audits und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Korrekturmaßnahmen.
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen nach Lean-Management-Prinzipien (z. B. 5S und Kaizen).
• Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik, Qualitätssicherung, Instandhaltung und Industrial Engineering zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Fertigung.

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, Mechatronik oder Industrietechnik.
• Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung, vorzugsweise im Bereich THT.
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- Systemen sowie mit MS Office.
• Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
• Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
• Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsstärke.
• Teamfähigkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz..
