Overview
The Project Management Department is part of CODIFI’s Service Operations and Digital Channels division and works closely with teams across the Company to support the delivery of strategic initiatives.
As our business and digital transformation efforts continue to scale, we are looking for a talented Project Management Specialist to join us!
Main Activities & Responsibilities
In this position, you will drive impactful projects and optimize business processes, playing a key role in supporting CODIFI's ongoing digital evolution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Portfolio Management & Monitoring: Manage the CODIFI project portfolio, including budget planning, project scheduling, execution, and ongoing monitoring.
- Requirements Gathering & Funnel Definition: Gather and analyse business requirements from different departments to help define and prioritize the annual project portfolio.- Stakeholder & Vendor Cooperation: Manage assigned projects in collaboration with internal departments, Corporate ICT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.- Digital Strategy Deployment: Work closely with the Data Governance, Reporting, and Digital Platform Department to support the development and implementation of CODIFI's digital strategy.- Budgeting & Financial Forecasting: Support ICT investment budgeting and forecasting process under the supervision of the Service Operations and Digital Channels Manager.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative professional driven by complex problem-solving. To hit the ground running, you will need the following qualifications and competencies:
- Educational Background: A university degree in Management Engineering or a related analytical/scientific discipline.- Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience. Prior experience managing SAP projects or similar complex programs is highly preferred.- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required. Working knowledge of SAP is considered an asset, and basic familiarity with AI tools is desirable.- Communication & Language Proficiency: Advanced English language skills, together with excellent interpersonal abilities, to work effectively in an international environment.
- Soft Skills: Demonstrated organizational excellence and a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving. A verified capability to coordinate cross-functional working groups, manage stakeholder expectations, and handle complex negotiations.
The selected candidate will be employed under Category B in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur 42.000,00 and Eur 44.000,00 eur, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.
