What you will be responsible for

As Senior Associate you will

• Work closely with offshore / onshore partners to provide a seamless processing environment.
   
• Recall stock from borrowing brokers when reallocations are not an option. 
   
• Monitor the recalls and book returns accurately, by rebate and div rate.
• Researching and clearing share exceptions between systems.
• Fails Management.
• Respond to client and trading requests and ensure all responses are timely and accurate.
• Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making.

• Good knowledge on Stock lending, collateral management and 3rd party processes.
• Settlement and trade life cycle knowledge of equities and FI, depo management, fails management and buy-in
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Work as a team player in a global team environment
• Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal planning, and analytical skills
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, as well as problem solving, analytical and technical skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• University degree in Business majoring in Accounting, Finance, or other Financial-related programs
• Overall experience of 1+ years in the finance industry, familiarity with securities operations preferable securities lending activities.
