Description
The Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) at Leidos currently has an opening for a Warehouse Manager in Atlanta, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to provide logistics and administrative support to assist in operating and maintaining the SNS national stockpiled inventory. In this mission, we assist in ensuring the SNS inventory is ready for deployment, providing the ability to respond 24 x 7 in an emergency. The successful candidate will serve as the Warehouse Manager in the Logistics Office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses of repository logistics functions and provide written recommendations to improve efficiency and operational processes. Extract and analyze reports to identify trends and recommend
- Provide support for monitoring the movement, storage, and planning of condition-controlled assets.
- Support advance planning and forecasting of receipts and shipments to promote compliance with established SOPs.
- Provide quality assurance support for stored pharmaceutical assets by monitoring compliance with applicable cGMP and manufacturer-recommended storage guidelines during receipt, storage, and shipment activities.
- Implement distribution logistics plans and procedures established by the Government.
- Provide operational support for repository asset inventory and distribution activities to facilitate timely processing of assets.
- Receive and manage assigned taskings and deliverables in accordance with contract requirements and established timelines.
- Apply established site SOPs and Desk References (DRs) related to receipt, storage, distribution, and transportation of assets in the performance of contract requirements.
- Provide support for monitoring compliance with applicable ASPR, FDA, and other regulatory requirements related to managed inventory.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, as directed by the Government, regarding supply chain matters including shipping, receiving, and storage support.
- Prepare and submit logistics performance summaries and reports in accordance with contract requirements. Retrieve and analyze data from record systems to support performance metric tracking.
- Provide inventory management support to assist the Government in meeting established goals.
- Provide supply chain logistics support services, including warehousing, packaging, and shipping/receiving activities.
- Provide analytical support and recommendations related to inventory and distribution operations.
Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge in Supply Chain Management
- Must be able to compose analytical reports, and perform research analysis (Quality Assurance, Audits, and Discrepancies) using an inventory system.
- Required to be on-call 24 hours/7 days a week. Must be able to respond to mission alerts within 15 minutes with a recall of 90 minutes to report to designated location. Must carry a cell phone at all times.
- Must have the ability to handle requests from multiple groups/organizations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and scope with occasional periods of stress when dealing with critical situations.
- Possesses excellent English language skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrate strong customer relations capabilities to achieve customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting a government agency.
- ERP (Oracle) system knowledge
- Technically savvy.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $45,500.00 - $82,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
