What we offer

•    Responsible and accountable for asset strategy and maintenance management of all Control Systems and OT systems in the assigned area to ensure security, reliability and high performance of the systems, which is essential for smooth and stable plant operation.
•    Lead and develop Advanced Process Control projects for the assigned area to avoid unplanned production shutdown, increase production yield, as well as energy saving to reduce operation cost, etc.
•    Lead site-wide DeltaV Live projects in PCT maintenance area to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the DeltaV systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset strategy for all Control Systems (DCS, ESD) and OT systems (PI, Alarm Management, Controller Performance Management, etc.) in the assigned area to ensure intelligent lifecycle management, continuous improvement, and full compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Responsible for maintenance management and execution and FAM cost control of all Control Systems (DCS, ESD) and OT systems (PI, Alarm Management, Controller Performance Management, etc.) in assigned area following maintenance procedures and ensure fully complied with legal requirements to sustain system reliability and operational readiness.
• Own OT cybersecurity responsibilities for the assigned area, ensuring design, implementation, and maintenance of PCT systems comply with relevant security standards to protect plant information integrity.
• Lead Advanced Process Control (APC) projects within budget and schedule, including concept development, engineering, implementation, commissioning, as well as training of operators and maintenance personnel.
• Maintain and continuously improve Advanced Process Control solutions to sustain production stability, optimize yield, and deliver measurable energy savings.
• Lead the site-wide DeltaV Live projects to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the DeltaV systems through technical knowledge management with global expert team to ensure system reliability, continuity of operations, and long-term efficiency of DeltaV systems.
• Responsible for training and coaching to production and maintenance personnel on automation systems and PCT handling to build operational competence and reduce system-related incidents.
• Actively contribute to PCT automation competency development by producing technical recommendations and knowledge documentation in areas of expertise (Control Systems, APC), supporting site-wide capability growth.

What you offer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in instrumentation, automation engineering from university.
• At least 5 years (Master) or 8 years (Bachelor) of working experience in Control Systems, OT systems, or automation engineering in a chemical or process industry environment.
• Deep knowledge / expertise in Control Systems and OT Systems concepts / practices and very good understanding of maintenance and project management.
• Strong expertise in Advanced Process Control, multivariate data analysis, and soft-sensor development.
• Comprehensive knowledge in mathematical, chemical and process related context of APC issues required for improvement of the control structure of the plants. Excellent analyzing ability, strong in finding APC issues and resolving them proactively.
• Know-how in process technology and chemical engineering is advantageous.
• Solid trouble-shooting ability under stress working environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, including technical English.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills.
