Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
Manage and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
Ensure smooth execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Warehouse Management System (WMS) & SAP
Maintain and optimize WMS operations to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Utilize WMS for inventory management, order processing, stock reconciliation, reporting, and transaction monitoring.
Troubleshoot system-related issues and collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to improve system performance.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting within WMS and SAP.
Inventory Management
Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Seeking approval from customer to do the adjustment with the correct size or colour.
Team Leadership
Supervise warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure daily operational targets are achieved.
Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members.
Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Analyze logistics KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, on-time delivery, and warehouse productivity.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to generate insights and support management decision-making.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Support logistics planning and resource allocation to meet business requirements.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is essential.
Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Practical experience using SAP in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management functions.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
Must be willing to work at Port Tanjung Pelepas, Johor.
