Junior Financial Data Analyst

Description -

Summary

  • This position is for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Financial Data Analyst to support projects related to data analysis, reporting, automation, and agentic AI across the organization.
  • In this role, you will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data using Python and Power BI. You will also build various agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
  • This position is for those who have a strong analytical mindset and are eager to grow their skills in a professional data environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports
  • Build agentic AI solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Automate
  • Support senior analysts with ongoing analysis, reporting, and ad‑hoc data requests
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements
  • Document data sources, assumptions, and analysis logic
  • Assist in improving data quality, reporting processes, and automation where possible

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience with 1 or 2 of these technologies: Power BI, Python, Copilot Studio, Power Automate (and willingness to learn all)
  • Understanding of data cleaning, data transformation, and exploratory data analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Power Query
  • Basic understanding of financial processes / financial concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills

The base pay range for this role is 89,400 PLN to 135,550 PLN annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, experience and work location.
