Job Description
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive professional responsible for managing customer end-to-end onboarding processes, supporting program management initiatives, handling personnel-related tasks, leading all AGC security enablement, and executing a wide range of administrative responsibilities. This role provides direct operational support to leadership and contributes to efficient and seamless program enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as direct support to the PMO Lead and AGC Leads
- Administer core functions, including personnel management, tracking, and onboarding/offboarding workflows
- Provide operational support across multiple programs to ensure continuity and effectiveness
- Develop, maintain, and organize comprehensive program documentation
- Prepare and deliver key performance indicator (KPI) reports for program leadership and assist with client communications
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
- Manage onboarding tasks, including clearance crossover support and coordination with resources throughout the process
- Maintain and track personnel schedules and updates
- Manage customer facility access requests and maintain equipment inventory
- Distribute and track smartcards, including monitoring expiration dates
- Facilitate resource enablement within SWA workspaces
- Run and document security calls; maintain security-related trackers
- Review security documentation, providing feedback and necessary corrections
- Proactively identify and escalate personnel concerns to program leadership
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of employee engagement events
- Coordinate and provide training on open/close procedures
- Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions while maintaining knowledge repositories for team reference
Here's What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- Strong overall computer proficiency
- Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR or personnel-support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Must have a personal vehicle
Security Requirements
- TS/SCI with poly clearance required
- US Passport required
