MedStar Washington Hospital Center is seeking an outstanding Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join our Department of Surgery. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a dynamic clinical environment while contributing to education, innovation, and research in one of the nation’s premier teaching hospitals.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited General Surgery residency program.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in General Surgery.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in general surgery, acute care surgery, foregut, abdominal wall reconstruction, hernia repair preferred
- Commitment to academic medicine, teaching, mentorship, and research.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in the District of Columbia.
