Position: Production Engineer（生产工程师）

Lead Paragraph: There is a key position for a Production Engineer to support Ningbo site manufacturing operations. Taking this role will be responsible for providing technical and engineering support to assigned production lines, improving production capability, process stability, product quality, equipment reliability, OEE, and manufacturing efficiency. This is a critical role for ensuring safe, stable, efficient, and cost-effective production through process optimization, equipment improvement, data analysis, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for daily production operations and promptly identify and resolve production, quality, process, and equipment-related issues.

为日常生产运行提供技术支持，及时识别并解决生产、质量、工艺和设备相关问题。

Lead or participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions for complex production issues, quality deviations, equipment failures, and process variations.

主导或参与复杂生产异常、质量异常、设备故障及工艺波动的故障排查、根本原因分析和纠正预防措施制定。

Be accountable for continuous improvement of process capability, product quality, manufacturing efficiency, equipment reliability, and OEE performance of assigned production lines.

Establish, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating conditions, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and other production technical documents.

Drive standardization of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and production workflows to ensure production is executed in compliance with established procedures and standard operating requirements.

Monitor and analyze production data, process parameters, quality data, and equipment performance data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, scrap reduction, efficiency improvement, capacity increase, and quality improvement.

Apply data-driven, statistical, and structured problem-solving approaches to keep production processes stable and under control.

Design and implement process improvements, equipment upgrades, and workflow optimization projects to improve yield, quality, uptime, productivity, and capacity utilization.

Support technical reviews for new projects, including process design, process control, alarms, interlocks, equipment selection, trial runs, and start-up readiness.

Participate in or support equipment FAT, installation and commissioning, qualification, performance validation, process qualification, and related trial production activities.

Support new product introduction and process scale-up by providing production technical assessment, parameter confirmation, and operational readiness support before mass production.

Be responsible for or support the preparation of basic technical data required for capital projects and provide production engineering support throughout project execution.

Drive preventive maintenance, failure analysis, and reliability improvement activities to support long-term stable operation of critical equipment.

Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Process, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, and other relevant teams to coordinate and drive production optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide necessary technical training to operators, mechanics, and other technical team members to help them understand process fundamentals, equipment basics, and best practices.

Participate in safety, environmental, and quality-related activities, including risk identification, FMEA, control plan review, PHA, management of change, and related improvement actions.

Drive equipment and process safety improvements and ensure related activities comply with company EHS standards, safe work practices, and risk management requirements.

Maintain strict confidentiality of the company’s formulas, production processes, production conditions, process equipment, technical parameters, and other business or technical confidential information, and do not disclose such information without authorization.

Perform other tasks assigned by the department.

Qualifications:

No restriction on gender and age.

性别和年龄不限。

Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related majors.

全日制本科及以上学历，自动化、机械工程、工业工程、材料科学、制造工程、化学工程或相关专业。

3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production engineering, process engineering, equipment reliability, or related roles is preferred.

具备3至5年制造运营、生产工程、工艺工程、设备可靠性或相关岗位工作经验者优先。

Experience in membrane manufacturing, rolling processes, coating, converting, automated production equipment, chemical processing, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.

具备薄膜、卷膜、涂布、复合、自动化生产设备、化工工艺或相关制造行业经验者优先。

Strong problem analysis, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving skills are required.

具备较强的问题分析、根本原因分析和结构化解决问题能力。

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and basic statistical analysis methods is required.

Experience in manufacturing data analysis, process control, quality improvement, or OEE enhancement is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business applications is required; experience with SAP, Power BI, Minitab, or other manufacturing data analysis tools is preferred.

Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills are required, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
