What will you be doing here?

Coordinador Jurídico : Responsable Jurídico frente a las obligaciones regulatorias de nuevas entidades de pagos en SOFOM de Mexico

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Interactuar con el regulador con el apoyo de Gerente Jurídico Senior, asegurarnos de que estamos disponibles para cualquier eventualidad con las autoridades y otros organismos competentes. 
Producir y preparar actas y dictámenes, organizaciones y flujos, apoyando al negocio con servicio consultivo y regulatorio, responsabilidad de monitorear las regulaciones obligatorias, sus implicaciones y cambios.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Elaborar y revisar términos, documentos y contratos 
Apoyar en la convocatoria de reuniones de la junta directiva, preparando los actos corporativos y concesión de poderes.
Contribuir en la emisión de opiniones legales en temas de mediana complejidad, incluyendo aspectos relacionados con la privacidad de datos.
Colaborar en el desarrollo de flujos y procesos jurídicos internos, asegurando el cumplimiento de normas y políticas internas.
Realizar análisis legales preliminares de productos y servicios ofrecidos por la empresa, además de revisar contratos y recorridos de los clientes, brindando soporte inicial en quejas y disputas de los consumidores.
Asistir en el monitoreo del cumplimiento normativo, interactuando con el regulador 
Trabajar con el área de compliance para la verificación del cumplimiento de disposiciones legales aplicables al negocio.
