- Load, transport, and unload commercial HVAC rental equipment
- Safely drive company vehicles to customer job sites (acceptable driving record required)
- Assist with the installation and setup of temporary HVAC equipment, including:
- Running gas hoses
- Installing ductwork and ventilation
- Connecting and setting up equipment for operation
- Assist with preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on HVAC equipment
- Travel with experienced HVAC technicians to customer job sites throughout the assigned service area
- Learn to troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and dehumidification equipment
- Work closely with Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to gain hands-on field experience
- Complete service documentation and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service while representing REIC Rentals
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Recent HVAC trade school graduate or equivalent technical training preferred
- EPA Certification or the ability to obtain it (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and hand tools
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Must be 21 years of age or older
