Description
PRIMARY DETAIL
Provide quality food and beverage service across all outlets and events, ensuring prompt, accurate setup of meeting and event rooms.· Provide service to guests including greeting, seating, presenting menus, taking orders and serving food and beverages aligned to Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.
· Process orders and payments to finalise restaurant guests checks.
· Assist in the set-up, service and break down for conferences & events aligned to client requirements.
· Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, current promotions and daily specials and provide recommendations to guests.
· Perform food and beverage opening and closing procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Comply with relevant EEO and WHS regulations.
Perform any other duties as required and appropriate for this classification
