What You’ll Be Doing
As a Store Supervisor, you’ll support the leadership team in driving store performance while leading by example on the shop floor. You’ll help translate commercial priorities into day‑to‑day action, support the development of Stylists, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.
Here’s how you’ll make it happen:
Supporting and deputising for the management team when required to deliver KPIs and commercial priorities
Helping to implement daily and weekly sales targets to drive store performance
Monitoring KPIs and team performance, supporting reporting and feeding back to the management team
Leading by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional 1‑to‑1 customer service
Supporting the development of Stylists through coaching, training, and sharing product knowledge
Assisting with store operations including stock management, admin, payroll, and rotas
Helping to maintain strong visual merchandising and brand standards
Creating a positive, inclusive, and high‑energy team environment

Strong customer service skills with a hands‑on, people‑focused approach
Experience working to and supporting the delivery of KPIs and sales targets
