Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant IVF Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to join a leading fertility and reproductive medicine center in Qatar. The successful candidate will provide advanced fertility evaluation, assisted reproductive treatments, and comprehensive reproductive healthcare services while ensuring high standards of patient-centered and evidence-based care.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IVF and reproductive endocrinology and will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patients throughout their fertility journey.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage male and female infertility cases.Perform and supervise assisted reproductive procedures including IVF, ICSI, IUI, ovulation induction, embryo transfer, and fertility preservation treatments.Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments, hormonal evaluations, and ultrasound monitoring.Develop individualized fertility treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.Counsel patients and families regarding fertility treatment options, procedures, success rates, and potential risks.Collaborate with embryologists, gynecologists, urologists, endocrinologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure adherence to international reproductive medicine standards.Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with Qatar healthcare regulations and fertility clinic protocols.Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, research, and CME activities.Ensure patient confidentiality, ethical standards, and compassionate fertility care.Qualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by Qatar healthcare authorities.Board Certification / Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine, IVF, Obstetrics & Gynecology, or Fertility Medicine.Valid QCHP/DHP Consultant License or Eligibility Letter.Minimum 5–7 years of post-board consultant experience in IVF and reproductive medicine.Strong expertise in assisted reproductive technologies and infertility management.Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.Excellent communication, counseling, and patient management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in high-volume fertility and IVF centers.Expertise in advanced reproductive technologies and fertility preservation.Research publications or academic experience in reproductive medicine are an advantage.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural healthcare environment.BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salaryFamily benefitsHealth insuranceHousing and transportation allowanceAnnual airfare allowancePaid annual leaveCME and professional development support
