Distribution Driver (C1+CPC)

On behalf of our client, Manpower is seeking to hire Distribution Driver (C1+CPC).

The Driver reports directly to the Distribution and Cold Store Manager. This role is responsible for carrying out delivery and distribution operations while supporting client relationships. The Driver serves as a key point of contact between the organisation and its customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the assigned vehicle is properly equipped and ready for daily operations
• Collect and deliver goods safely, following all required safety procedures
• Load and unload merchandise, including handling heavy items when necessary
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with goods to the appropriate manager
• Process customer returns, complete relevant documentation, and return items to the warehouse
• Comply with all road regulations, including speed limits and traffic laws
• Maintain accurate driving records, including mileage and fuel expenses
• Communicate with clients to take orders and support sales activities
• Inform customers about availability and pricing details
• Deliver invoices with orders and collect payments when required

Qualifications:

• Valid C1 Driving Licence and CPC qualification
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Strong communication skills in both Maltese and English
• Basic IT proficiency
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Physically fit and able to walk, drive, and lift heavy items for extended periods
• Responsible and safety-conscious
• Reliable, with strong time management skills
