Sr. Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to help design scalable, end-to-end experiences for complex AI-driven operational platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong product thinking who can work across UX flows, information architecture, UI systems, and design documentation. The ideal candidate is systems-oriented, able to simplify complex workflows, and comfortable collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in fast-moving environments. A major focus of this role will be building and documenting scalable design systems, ensuring implementation consistency, and partnering with developers through QA and design reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end experiences across complex SaaS and operational platforms.

Create intuitive UX flows for AI-powered dashboards, automation tools, analytics systems, and operational workflows.

Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable user experiences.

Deliver high-quality UX and UI solutions for web and responsive applications.

Design and optimize complex multi-step workflows and role-based experiences.

Simplify high-density information and operational systems into intuitive interfaces.

Create user journeys, flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models.

Build and document scalable Design Systems, UI components, and reusable design patterns.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Conduct Design QA reviews to validate alignment between shipped experiences and design specifications.

Support engineering teams with clear design documentation, edge cases, and interaction behaviors.

Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers in agile product development workflows.

Must-have Requirements

5+ years of experience designing complex digital products.

Senior-level experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.

Strong background in SaaS platforms, enterprise systems, or operational products.

Proven experience designing end-to-end product experiences.

Experience working on data-heavy, workflow-intensive applications.

Experience collaborating closely with developers and Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle.

Experience building or scaling Design Systems in production environments.

Strong UX generalist skillset, including interaction design, information architecture, visual design, systems thinking, and product thinking.

Expertise designing scalable UX flows and complex workflows.

Ability to simplify highly technical or operational systems into intuitive user experiences.

Strong proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.

Experience creating high-fidelity UI and scalable component libraries.

Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

Comfortable discussing trade-offs and working through ambiguity.

Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality.

Portfolio demonstrating complex workflow and systems design, UX flows, information architecture, Design System work, high-fidelity UI examples, end-to-end product thinking, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Fluent English.

Nice-to-have Requirements

Experience designing AI-driven or analytics-based products.

Experience with spatial intelligence, IoT, computer vision, or operational platforms.

Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG.

Experience working in startup or fast-scaling environments.
