## ■ Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for process integration activities for next-generation DRAM technology development. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Development and integration of process technologies for Future DRAM nodes
- Design, development, and optimization of capacitor modules
- Integration across multiple process modules to ensure consistency and performance
- Design and execution of experiments (DOE) and data analysis to optimize process conditions
- Identification and resolution of yield and quality-related issues
- Cross-functional collaboration with process, design, device, and quality teams
## ■ Required Qualifications
### Technical Skills
- Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor processes
- Understanding of process integration or related engineering fields
- Knowledge of DRAM devices and structures is a plus
- Over 10 years of experience in semiconductor engineering
### Communication Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, as you will frequently participate in meetings with overseas teams
- Proficiency in Japanese for daily business communication
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and negotiate with cross-functional teams
