A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a newly opened 4-star luxury boutique hotel in the heart of London.

This exciting new opening features a relaxed all-day dining restaurant focused on seasonal British cuisine, alongside a busy events operation. As Breakfast Chef, you’ll take the lead on delivering a high-quality breakfast offering and help set the tone for an exceptional guest experience each morning.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Breakfast Chef…

• £15.50 per hour plus circa £4,000 per annum service charge
• 40 hour contract with paid overtime
• 6:30am to 3pm shift pattern

Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef…

• Preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast dishes with consistency and care
• Managing the breakfast service and ensuring smooth morning operations
• Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients across a refined breakfast menu
• Supporting prep for the wider kitchen operation where required
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
• Bringing a positive and reliable attitude to the kitchen team

As Breakfast Chef, you’ll play an important role within the kitchen team, delivering an exceptional breakfast experience for guests each morning.
