Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and processing application data entry. You'll interpret and follow procedures, solve problems creatively, and manage multiple tasks effectively. This seasonal full-time role requires a dedicated private workspace, personal device with camera, and minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet. You'll receive paid training, performance incentives, 401K match, Individual Coverage HRA, and paid time off. Bilingual Spanish speakers earn an additional $2/hour.
