Overview
As an Accounting Clerk, you'll be responsible for payroll processing using DATEV, including all related personnel matters such as handling social and income tax payments and employment contracts. Your duties will include preliminary document processing for financial accounting (debtors/creditors/VAT) and general office tasks. The position requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, solid IT skills with MS-Office and DATEV, and knowledge of the Microtech merchandise management system is desirable. Language skills in English, Polish, or Romanian are beneficial. The role offers a careful and appropriate onboarding period, a modern workplace, friendly company climate with tariff-based compensation, permanent employment, and 30 days of vacation.

Wir sind im Bereich Gemüseanbau sowie Sauerkonservenherstellung tätig und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit nach neuen Mitarbeitenden im Büro.
## Aufgaben
- Abrechnung von Lohn und Gehalt mit DATEV incl. aller anfallenden Tätigkeiten im Personalwesen u. a. Abwicklung und Überprüfung der Sozial- und Lohnsteuerabgaben, Arbeitsverträge
- Vorbereitende Belegbearbeitung zur Finanzbuchhaltung: Debitoren/Kreditoren/Umsatzsteuer
- Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten
## Qualifikation
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Bürokauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement, Industriekauffrau/-mann, Steuerfachangestgellte/r)
- Sichere Kenntnisse im Bereich IT, MS-Office und DATEV
- Fremdsprachenkenntnisse wünschenswert (englisch, polnisch, rumänisch)
- Kenntnisse im Warenwirtschaftsprogramm Microtech wünschenswert
