Project Manager

Overview

Our client is a global supply chain company and they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager (ERP) to lead and oversee end-to-end ERP system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Plan, initiate, and execute ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects while ensuring alignment with business requirements, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to drive successful delivery of ERP projects.
• Business Process Reengineering: Evaluate, propose, and implement improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and performance across sourcing, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.
• Vendor Management: Partner with ERP and SaaS vendors to ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and system requirements.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize tools like Power BI to create comprehensive dashboards and reports to track project timelines, budget, risks, and overall performance.
• EDI & Systems Integration: Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other existing enterprise applications, including EDI processes, leveraging platforms like Boomi when necessary.
• AI Adoption: Explore and recommend AI-driven solutions to enhance automation, forecasting, and other ERP capabilities.
• Team Leadership: Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and mentor internal staff as they adapt to new system processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Minimum 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in ERP project management across supply chain, manufacturing, or sourcing industries.
• Strong expertise in supply chain operations, EDI processes, and business process reengineering in sourcing, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with ERP system implementation and enhancements.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Boomi, and AI technologies preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying and resolving project challenges efficiently.
• Fluent in both english and chinese.
