Description
HCT seeks a talented nursing professional to serve as a Clinical Educator for a 75+ bed hospital in Arizona.
The key areas of focus for this Educator are:
- curriculum development,
- providing new hire orientation and precepting new nursing graduates,
- conducting mock code blues, and
- sustaining annual clinical competencies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ of Educator experience in clinical education and staff professional development within the past two years. In addition to experience in acute care nursing practice such as ICU, PCU, ER, or PACU/post-op recovery.
- License: A valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the US Required, State of Arizona RN License preferred.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS Required; ANCC NPD certification preferred.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office suite; must be computer savvy
Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and rental car.
Pay Range: $156,000 - $165,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and location.
