We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for our Payments Subscription Platform. In this role, you will drive the development of scalable, reliable, and secure services that power recurring billing and payment experiences for our global customers.
You’ll manage and mentor a team of engineers, provide technical leadership, and collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical capabilities. You’ll also be responsible for growing the team, setting direction, and ensuring engineering excellence in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team delivering subscription billing and payment infrastructure.
Drive execution, architecture, and technical decisions for a cloud-native platform (Node.js, TypeScript, AWS).
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define strategy, scope, and priorities.
Foster a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with security, reliability, and scalability requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years of engineering management.
Proven experience building and scaling backend systems, ideally in payments or billing.
Strong background in Node.js, TypeScript, and cloud-native development on AWS.
Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering customer-impacting products.
