Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards. The engineer applies generative artificial intelligence models as part of the overall solution, which may also encompass deep learning techniques, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing tasks. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven applications is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI models to address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing and deploying AI models in cloud environments and on-premises infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize conversational AI systems such as chatbots.
- Familiarity with image processing techniques and their application in AI solutions.
- Skilled in building production-ready AI pipelines ensuring scalability and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
