Your mission

What is RECUP? 
RECUP offers hospitality and retail businesses reusable cups, bowls and pizza boxes with a deposit: an alternative to single-use packaging. With around 20,000 partners we are the market leader in Germany, and we successfully launched in Austria. Now we are bringing the RECUP reuse system to the Netherlands and Belgium. 

Your role 
Love being on the move, talking to people and closing deals? As our first Field Sales Manager, you make sure more and more cafés, bakeries and lunchrooms work with RECUP. You start in Amsterdam; the rest of the Netherlands follows. 

What to expect 

• Pure acquisition. Your focus is entirely on new partners: independent cafés, bakeries, lunchrooms and smaller chains with up to 10 locations.
• Building the approach together. Calling, visiting, marketing leads: we find out together what works best.
• Lots of no’s, you keep going. Most doors don’t open right away.
• Clear targets. You work with monthly targets and own your pipeline from day one.

Your responsibilities 

• Follow up on marketing leads and find your own through outbound calls and visits.
• Close deals from A to Z, from first conversation to signed contract.
• Once the deal is closed, make sure the new partner has a successful first month.
• Track every meeting and deal in HubSpot, so you always know where you stand against your target.
• Represent RECUP at events.

Your profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in outbound.
• You are a go-getter. A no is just a ‘not yet’ to you, and you walk into a café as easily as you pick up the phone.
• You plan your own week, follow up on every lead and let nothing slip.
• Experience with a CRM system.
• You speak Dutch at a native level and are fluent in English.
• You spend at least four days a week at the office (Amsterdam) or in the field.

Nice to have: experience in hospitality and with HubSpot.
