IS THIS YOU?

New to automotive service? You don't need a car background to succeed here -- you need to genuinely enjoy working with people, take pride in helping them make confident decisions, and be motivated by results you can measure. We train the rest.

• You're a clear, composed communicator who keeps guests informed and follows through on every commitment

• You come from hospitality, retail, sales, or another guest-facing background and you're ready to run a high-volume Toyota service drive

WHO WE ARE

Crown Toyota is part of Swickard Auto Group, a hospitality company in the retail automotive space built on one idea -- be the favorite of our guests, our employees, and our manufacturing partners. We operate 40+ dealerships across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii, and whether you're in Ontario or Anchorage, the standard is the same. Do right by people, every time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests from write-up through vehicle return

• Explain inspection findings clearly and recommend additional service honestly, without pressure

• Build accurate estimates, set realistic timelines, and follow through on every commitment

• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repairs moving and guests updated

• Keep a high-volume drive organized -- communicating wait times and vehicle status before guests have to ask

• Maintain accurate records in the DMS

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred -- candidates from retail, hospitality, and other sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply

• Toyota or Japanese brand experience a plus -- paid Toyota training provided

• Composed communicator who stays organized when the drive is busy

• Detail-oriented -- accurate estimates and honest timelines are the baseline

• Self-motivated, with a drive to build a book of returning guests

• Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER

• OTE of $60,000 - $120,000+/yr

• Paid Toyota manufacturer and product training

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

• Paid time off and paid holidays

• Career path -- strong advisors grow into senior advisor, service drive manager, and service management roles

• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

WHY CROWN TOYOTA

• A high-volume Inland Empire Toyota store with steady drive traffic -- an advisor builds a returning-guest book faster here than at a low-volume store

• Toyota owners come back for service, and the advisor who treats them well becomes the one they ask for by name

• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

• Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- describe what a great Service Advisor does in every guest interaction
