  • Reconcile gaming-related revenues, payouts, jackpots, promotional credits, and other gaming transactions, as applicable.
  • Work closely with Casino Operations, Cage, Slot Operations, and other departments to research and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, identify trends or variances, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and periodic financial projections.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, including gaming-related audits, by preparing supporting documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Maintain appropriate internal controls and recommend improvements to accounting procedures, policies, and reporting processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting efficiencies, strengthen financial controls, and streamline multi-company accounting operations.
  • Stay current with accounting standards, tax requirements, gaming regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to junior accounting personnel as needed.
