AlphaBEST Education Site Director: Eyestone Elementary School; 4000 Wilson Ave, Wellington, CO 80549
Pay: $20.50-$25.00/hr (based on experience)
Hours: Monday-Thursday AM/PM Split shift (6:30 am-8:30 am / 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm) Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.
As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll lead a meaningful before and after-school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
- Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
- Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
- Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
- Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met
- Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
- Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success
Requirements:

Must hold a Colorado Shines PDIS Level 2 or higher.

Previous experience in team leadership and/or supervision is preferred.

Ability to work in a classroom environment, including regular bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred; training can be provided if needed.
