Mazaj connects with Arabic-speaking audiences through entertainment and culture. Cosmopolitan Middle East covers fashion, beauty, careers and culture for young women. Ahlan brings audiences closer to celebrities, entertainment, fashion and lifestyle. Complex covers music, style, sneakers and youth culture. Top Gear Middle East combines automotive expertise with entertaining content, bringing cars and motoring culture to life for enthusiasts across the region.
Role overview
We’re looking for a creative, proactive Events and Marketing Manager to develop and deliver events, awards, activations and marketing campaigns across the ITP Youth Portfolio and Top Gear Middle East. You’ll turn brand and client briefs into experiences that reflect each title’s identity, connect with its audience and deliver against campaign objectives.
You’ll manage projects from concept and planning through to delivery and reporting, working closely with editorial, commercial, social, video and production teams. This is a role for someone who understands creators, social platforms and culture, and knows how to turn that understanding into engaging experiences.
What you’ll do
Develop event concepts, project plans, timelines, budgets and marketing plans across Mazaj, Cosmopolitan Middle East, Ahlan, Complex and Top Gear Middle East.
Deliver brand events, awards ceremonies, experiential activations, product launches, audience experiences and client campaigns across MENA, with hands-on responsibility for execution.
Work with commercial and editorial teams to turn briefs into relevant ideas that meet client objectives and reflect each brand’s voice.
Manage venues, suppliers, production partners and event logistics, including sourcing, quotations, permits, schedules and on-site delivery.
Create status reports, call sheets and run of show documents, keeping stakeholders informed and projects on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with social, content, video, PR and creator teams to promote events and deliver campaign coverage before, during and after each experience.
Manage guest, talent and partner requirements alongside internal teams, ensuring a consistent experience from invitation to attendance.
Evaluate event and marketing performance, producing reports, case studies and multimedia deliverables against agreed objectives.
