Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted business partner for operations, aligning talent strategies with business goals.
Ensure compliance with labor policies and legal regulations.
Support leaders in conflict resolution and workplace climate improvement.
Provide support in compensation, benefits, and career development programs.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, headcount, engagement scores) and propose action plans based on data.
Requeriments
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field .
2 years of experience in Human Resources roles in industrial or manufacturing environments.
knowledge of Mexican labor law.
Previous experience in manufacturing plants (preferably HVAC, automotive, electronics, or metal-mechanical industries).
Intermediate English proficiency.
Ability to work effectively in dynamic and challenging environments.
