OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Full-time permanent Acute Care position...the Acute Care team is the very heartbeat of this hospital. This Occupational Therapist will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their need. Join a collaborative team of 7 PTs, 7 OTs, and 2 SLPs while getting to work with various ICU, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Stroke & Cardiac patient populations. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- An active Texas license or the ability to obtain one
- Open to new grads and experienced therapists
- Coachable and eager to grow
- Comfortable working with a team
- Acute Care experience preferred
- H1-B Visa Sponsorship is NOT available
