Hiring: Master Certified Service Technician

• Pay: To Be Discussed During Interview

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.
• Perform advanced engine, transmission, drivetrain, steering, suspension, and brake repairs.
• Troubleshoot vehicle electrical, electronic, and computer systems.
• Complete repairs according to Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram standards.
• Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Use diagnostic equipment and technical resources to identify vehicle concerns.
• Complete repair orders and document work performed.
• Perform multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work with service advisors and other technicians to provide a strong customer experience.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Current Stellantis/CDJR Master Technician certification.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
• Advanced knowledge of automotive electrical and diagnostic systems.
• Experience with engine, transmission, drivetrain, steering, suspension, and brake repair.
• Understanding of manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information.
• Understanding of complete repairs and diagnosing accurately and efficiently.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Complete repair orders accurately and document services, testing, and repair results.
• Perform road tests and quality checks to confirm repairs are completed correctly.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Use tools, equipment, and shop materials safely and responsibly.
• Complete required technical training and maintain applicable certifications.
• Communicate with service team members to support efficient repairs and a positive customer experience.

What You'll Bring

• Automotive repair and diagnostic experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical systems, HVAC, and drivetrain repair.
• 1+ years of experience using automotive tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Manufacturer or ASE certifications relevant to the position.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Commitment to safety, quality expertise, and continued technical development.
