We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Supply & Inventory Analyst to support inventory accuracy, product traceability, and efficient warehouse operations across assigned locations. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve inventory management.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and hands-on, with strong problem-solving skills and experience in warehouse operations and inventory control. This position works closely with our Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to maintain accurate inventory records and support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure product lot accuracy, traceability, and proper inventory rotation.
• Identify aging, excess, or expired inventory and coordinate appropriate disposition, including donations and approved disposal.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions in SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate physical inventories at least twice annually across assigned locations.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain management.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent forklift operating experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate inventory variances and recommend process improvements.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or Saturdays as business needs require.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in both warehouse and office environments, with regular movement between locations.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb as needed to perform inventory-related duties.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks, data entry, and inventory analysis.
• Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment, including forklifts and handheld scanners, as authorized.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements, including typing, scanning, and handling inventory materials.

Work Environment

• The position operates in both a professional office setting and an active warehouse/manufacturing facility.
• Warehouse conditions may include exposure to moving equipment, forklifts, moderate to high noise levels, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Office duties involve regular computer use, inventory reporting, data analysis, and communication with internal departments.
• Employees must follow all company safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
