Job Description

• Monitor ELV system installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Review and maintain ELV drawings, as-built drawings, test reports, equipment submissions, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP, electrical, structural, and architectural teams to resolve installation and interface issues.
• Prepare QA/QC checklists, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality reports.
• Identify non-conformities (NCRs), follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
• Support site inspections, quality audits, project handover, and final documentation submissions.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in ELV Engineering, Building Services, Electronics, M&E, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in ELV installation, testing, commissioning, QA/QC, or document control; experience in data centers, cleanrooms, or high-specification facilities is an advantage.
• Familiar with ELV systems, including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and communication networks.
• Able to read and interpret ELV drawings and understand installation and testing requirements.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, NCRs, CAPA, and technical documentation management.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and report-writing skills.
